......I have sent it out with the file attached, and some folks can't open it, so I copied and pasted it in an email, and it doesn't look like what I have in my Word document, there are spaces here and there, I don't know what causes that. If you cannot read your list, let me know. Thanks.

Look for an email entitled "WW CHRISTMAS CARD ADDRESS LIST (in a better format, delete all previous, new addresses added)"
That is the one you want to keep, delete any others you get.
