Well we learned somefing about Miss Jade dis week. She has a stwong taste for wood. :dontknow: Who knew?! Apparently she's part beaver or woodchuck. She was in unka Ty's room and was supposed to be sleeping. When unka Ty woke up he saw huge chuncks of wood all ober da room. Wondering where it came fwom he took a look around and discobered, she ate part of his bookcase. :doah: Don't worry she didn't swallow any of da wood. She also was working to impwove her cabulary cause she ate some of da dictionary. :2funny: She's doin more twubbles den me lately!! Dats somefing!!!
Sorry about the Beaverdog sound like she is bored out of her mind exercise would help plus crate time when not being watched like a hawk.Glad she did not eat it sure do not need a vet trip this close to the holidays.
She really is bored. We walk her 2 hours every day and it just isn't enough. :dontknow: Plus her main problem is she's 8 months old so she's right in the prime chewing time. We weren't mad at her for chewing the shelf. i would never think to blame her for acting out of boredom. It was my brother's fault for leavng her out while he slept and not waking up when she did. I wrote this post because the whole thing was pretty funny. She gives the goofiest look when she see one of us and realizes she was being naughty. :2funny:

I suggested a "swear jar"....she suggested the SPCA. She wins! I'll lay off the shoes for awhile. It's a little late for the copy of The Italian Farmhouse Cookbook that mama's grandma gave her. Ooops!
