My husband wrote this a few years ago when he was the self appointed speech writer for Cajsa, self appointed leader of the DLF. This outlines the rights of all dachies everywhere and predates the problems with Greenies - I think it was written in 2003 so it's a few years old. I thought it would be fun to share as a joke since it includes a Bill of Rights.
That is great, April. I vaguely remember reading it many years ago! As for Greenies, they are reformulated now, so Schatzi still gets them occasionally! I'm sure King Sol loved that line in the Manifesto since he is the King of Greenies!
My dear husband is a huge history buff (he actually has a couple of degrees in it) and had just finished watching some documentaries on the sixties and all the changes happening then when he wrote it. I told him he should tone it down a little so it wasn't so militant sounding, but he just laughed at me and said it wasn't him, it was the dachsie breed who were so 'determined' to have their way!
I found it amusing to read anyway. He also wrote a document for PEA (Poo Eaters Anonymous) but I'll have to find it first.

Dis is Parker here: shhhhhhhhhhh. I am a member of the secret society of PEO. We is a very select bunch. Not every doxie can be a member ....Is an aquired taste. I only induldge on occassion now.
