That IS odd.  I'm drawing a complete and utter blank.  They all do cute and funny things, but nothing really bizarre that I can think of.

Conrad will only back out of the bathroom - doesn't matter which bathroom, how long he has been in the bathroom, or how far in he has walked. He will not turn around and walk out.

Parker has to bring a toy with him every time I open the door of his playpen. Sometimes he races out, remembers the toy and runs back and gets one. There are usually about 4 toys in the pen. He is not particular about which one he grabs. Once I removed all the toys before I opened the gate. He became very anxious and started pacing in and out of the pen. I threw a toy in just so he could relax, and bring it out.

We got Mannheim Steamroller's second Halloween album and were playing one particular song (I wish I could remember the name).  Ozzy got up and started howling and barking with the music!

His "Hallelujah running fits" are next.

Sophie collects my dirty socks every morning.  She gathers them up from the bedroom floor, where I've taken them off just before hopping in bed (my feet are ALWAYS cold!) and prances down the hallway with them.  She always stops to make sure that Rich, typically sitting in at his computer can see her with her captive socks and acknowledge her.  She then proceeds into the living room and usually piles them up and guards them.  Stormy can get barked at  or worse just for looking at a sock.  She often hides them in sofa cushions & etc as well.  If I try and pick them up to toss them down the laundry chute while she's watching, I can have a "tug" on my hands!  If I don't get the previous day's socks picked up, she collects and adds to her pile.  She is such a lovey-pup, but being a sock-puppy is kind of odd! :)

Sophie and Zuzu must be related. EVERY morning while I am in the bathroom Zuzu walks by with one or two socks in her mouth.  I usually say "Hey girl, gotcher sox?" and she looks up and keeps going.  They end up in their bed in the living room for the day but she'll bring one or two  up to the sofa while we watch tv or stash them in the "clubhouse." (under the bed. ) When enough socks are orphaned I have to do sock round up BUT NEVER while she is watching!!!!!  She never chews them, occasionally licks them, but will guard them.  It's so predicatable when we have houseguests I have to tell them to watch out for sock thief!

Whenever I am getting Willy and Alex's dinner ready, Alex runs to his potty station and takes a leak.  Do you think he is making room for dinner???

My sister has a black lab that will go around and collect all the socks and dog toys and put them in one spot, if they are left out on the floor.

Schatzi most bizarre thing, still, is that she loves to carry her food wherever we are to eat it! We thought when we moved she might not since the Den was right at the kitchen, but we were wrong. She still does the same thing and she often shows up in the bedroom, on the bed, with a mouthful of food. Many times in the middle of the night we will hear her get down from the bed and a few minutes later hear her crunching away. Lately she has started coming in from outside and grabbing a mouthful as she passes by the bowl on her way to Molly's bed or the sofa. It's like she has used up so much energy she has to replenish it immediately!

Porky has lots of bizarre things he does.  One of my favorite is when he hears the song "Move it" from Madagascar, he starts running in circles and has a BIG smile on his face.   Once the song is over he stops, and looks at us like, "What?! Haven't you ever seen a happy dance before?!"    My husband and I bought the soundtrack just so we could watch him do the dance.    :2funny:

He also has a weird game where he lines up his toys.  He takes each toy and spaces it a certain distance apart.  He keeps adjusting them until they are in the exact spot he wants them. Then he runs, picks up a toy, drops it at the next toy, and picks up the next toy in line.  If he messes up or drops one he gets a frustrated look on his face, and has to start all over.   This weird game keeps him busy for hours.

These are funny.  I honestly can't think of anything to compare that mine do.  I'll probably walk out of the room to see them doing something though.

Well we lost Duke in the house fire in 2002 but he had the most bizarre habit of freaking out whenever I cleaned. He would just go nuts and run around the house like a mad dog barking and carrying on. We finally figure out he hated Bleach. Anything that had bleach in it would set him off. Don't know why but I quit using products with bleach and no reactions. Really weird.

Oh I just thought of something! Gretchen LOVES to DANCE!  She will sit patiently watching David until he picks her up and sings/hums the Blue Danube while dancing around with her!  She wiggles and wags when she gets set down again but will sit very still so he can pick her up to dance.  She will wag her tail like a mad dog while dancing around so we know she likes it.  The "WOO WOO WOO!" if David ignores her patient waiting is a pretty good give away too!

Um, does Monk know about this?

Can't think of anything weird that Madison does right now, but, as I mentioned before, Bonnie loves to jump in the shower with me and get right under the spray.  She LOVES baths!

When we still had Misty, whenever I would sing to the radio and dance around she would jump up and down on her hind legs until I picked her up and danced with her.

Zoe has this funny thing she does at least once a day to her daddy when he is sitting in his recliner.  She comes up the ramp and runs up his belly with her head down and her butt wiggling back and forth.  She gives him kisses all over his face and then proceeds to run around the top of his head on the recliner and back down his belly and down the ramp.  It's kind of like her daily greeting to daddy....He ADORES it and it just gives momma a heart attack when she circles his head.  We say she is "doing her wiggle waggle thing."

I gotta love her   !!!

Let's see...

Patches:
...rolling on dead earthworms after a rain...

Dottie
...dragging belly across the living room carpet
...looking around the end of the door to see if there are any squirrels before I go outside!

Judy
...carrying the poor, bedraggled turtle or squirrel (at least I think it was a squirrel once) outside...then inside...then upstairs...then downstairs...in bed...on the sofa..
...must play before bed!  Momma must throw the turtle, squirrel or whatever across the living room and I retrieve and then make her throw it again!  I won't go to bed unless we play first.

Dottie
...body checks Judy to get her to stop playing and go to bed!

Nah, our doxies are normal!  Nothing unusual here...

These are great!!

I guess one of Hallie's would be that she has to hang her nose over the edge of her water bowl when she drinks. So if the water level gets lower than the length of her tongue, she can't drink. Luckily she has a "maid" who keeps her bowl full at all times.

Da gang get breakfast and then get a little bit of toast when I have mine, well between his offical  breakfast and ours he does what we call "the bed"  it must be noted that it has been made four pillows at the top and the downa folded back, well his best is all four pillows on the floor at the bottom of the bed, the usual is all flopped over we think he gets behind them and rolls.
Amy's I'd have to say is the look you get when you ask her to go girlies and she has already gone, she looks and sits with a humf "I've BEEN MUM, but thank you for asking"

Well Ceaser has a couple of odd things...

1. he loves to have his teeth brushed!  comes into the bathroom every morning and makes funny noises till we pick him up and get ready for his brushing.. he just loves the Vanilla flavoring, then its Millies turn... then they both lick off all the remains of paste off each others mouth.

2. Ceaser obsesses  over sunlight glimmers... if there is a reflection from a crystal or something shining a spot on the floor or wall he will watch intently.. tail curved into high alert and will snap at the glimmers,, bumping his nose into the floor or wall.... yeesh
He can and will watch for these glints of light all day long.... on red alert mode all the while.  :idiot:
We've tried to keep him from doing it by showing our displeasure,,by scolding, but to no avail,, he knows we don't like it, but just can't help it.... he's hooked on glimmers,, same goes for shadows of birds flying of butterflys.. the mysteries of the world... :2funny:
We think we may have inadvertently started this behavior by playing with one of those red laser lights one night... never seen him so revved,, didn't seem to be good for him to be so wound up so we put it away and never used that laser again... still he keeps looking for it... we wonder how long this behavior will last.

Ceaser says.... Oh , I thought you said glimmer boy not glamour boy..
