Hallie and I have been spending as much time outside as we can. We rarely get this dry of a fall and it's gorgeous out there. I took some shots of her with my 80 1.8 lens, which blurs the background so nice, I tried to focus on just her eyes on some of these. She is feeling so good I am just praying for good news soon for her!!!!

I am SO glad I talked you into keeping her. LOL! I don't take any credit at all.......but I think I did tell you to sh*t or get off the pot, or something like that. You two are great together. I'm sure Jessie is smiling, along with her buddy Misty.

I don't regret for ONE second now keeping her...she is my heart and soul but I am terrified I'm losing her now and I seriously would not be able to survive that. I wish that d*** vet would call (with good news!!) But yes she is feeling GREAT she had me laughing today out there.

I like the running ones too, she had found a cat turd today in the flower bed and when I said "Hallie!" and caught her at it she took off in a runny attack, big smile every time she ran by me I'd swear she was laughing. :heart: She really lost a lot of hair off her ears this year though! She used to have such long hair on her ears. She didn't seem itchier than usual this spring (when her allergies hit) but she did pull out clumps of her ear hair when scratching for some reason. (she does get allergy shots all year long, winter they go away but spring is the worst time).
Her reverse mohawk is still there! It just doesn't show in that picture. A friend the other day was looking at it and commenting that it will grow in...but she was talking about the original part of her hair, the mohawk is so much taller now than her original hair she thought the original was the shaved part. And the texture is still very soft even softer than the rest of her which is quite soft. You should see her when the wind blows it, it looks like baby birds could live in there.
OMG, DeeDee, your pictures are always great, but those running pictures are better than great. Did you lay on the grass and then call her to you? We are so glad Hallie is feeling so good.

I know what you mean about enjoying the dry fall. I'm hoping it lasts a little longer (through Halloween pretty please!) so I can have a few more weekends in the yard with the dogs.
