I am having possible issues with this pregnancy and will be going to the doctor this afternoon. I'm hoping it's nothing or at least within normal limits, but it may not be. Any thoughts/prayers/rays would be greatly appreciated. Cajsa has been a little clingy-grrl today and I think it's because she knows I'm upset. Please wish good things my way!
Hi April! I'm thinking of you! Send me an email if you want...I know what you are going through and the emotions and stress. Fingers and paws crossed that it is nothing serious!
Major rays and prayers are coming your way from Washington! We'll keep positive thoughts for you. Hugs to you, April!
warm, sunny Mediterranean rays heading your way from Spain, April. Do hope this is just a hiccup and all is well. Good luck,
Andrea, Red & Islay

I'll be praying that everything is okay.
Well, I just got back from the doctor (and dinner!). She wasn't really too concerned yet. She ordered some blood work to check levels of a certain hormone. They also need to be rechecked on Friday and compared. They should go up if things are OK. If they don't go up or they stay the same it's bad news, so please keep me (and the rest of us) in your thoughts and prayers that things go smoothly. I'm hoping to know the final stuff by Monday since we can't even do the second blood draw until Friday. ******GOOD NEWS!******
Oh April - so sorry I am just now seeing this. Keeping you in my thoughts and praying that all is just fine - please keep us posted !
Sendoing HHH's & PPPP's for you to have only good news with this.
Merion & the ZZ's
I missed this earlier... Sending rays & prayers to you and your family... I hope things turn out good... Keep us informed... :comfort:
It's sounding encouraging! Hang in there April. I know how scary waiting for things like this is. Keep us posted!
Try to relax, April. Will keep you in my prayers.
I'm feeling more hopeful today. I haven't gotten the results from my tests but I did get morning sickness which is a good thing in this case anyway. fingers are crossed at this house!

That sounds positive! I'm so glad to hear this! We'll keep the rays headed your way!
I'm hoping the blood results are good so far. I remember with Meghan, when I started having a few problems, the doctor would always ask if I was still sick in the mornings. I was and he said that was one of the best signs he could ask for. I might have been miserable but it was a reassuring miserable! Let us know what you find out.
If you need anything to help with the morning sickness, my cousin swore by the Preggie Pop Drops. They have them at Babies R us or some of the maternity stores. They are hard candies with a lot of natural ingredients (like ginger) that really help with the nausea.
IF your levels don't go up much (double in 48 hours like they'd want them to) DON'T let them DO anything!!! This happened with my very last pregnancy and they wanted to terminate it then & there!!! Had I let them, I wouldn't have my precious~sassy~ 2 1/2 y.o., Elizabeth!!! Just trust your instincts, momma!!! and  to you BOTH!
April, just catching up. Hope everything goes well at your next appt.
Hi April! Just thinking about you today and wanted to see how you were doing... :comfort:
I just got off the phone with the nurse. My levels did go up. That's reassuring. They are also a little over a week ahead of the levels expected. Not too sure what to think about that, but I do know it's a good sign that they are going up. Of course the whole sick all night/morning/day gets old, but like Teresa said it's reassuring at least!
Awesome news!! So glad to hear this!
GREAT to hear! :thumb:
