WELL ........ did you call and ask?..... we are all waiting to find out !! I think it is: " No Smoking No Pets"  If it is a house for SALE I bet they are trying to say no smoking odors and no pet odors.  If it is on a property for RENT... probably no smoking or pets allowed.  That's my :2cents:

Maybe it's just NO SMOKING PETS!  LOL! 

Because we all know how many pets light up on a daily basis!
