Could it be North/South property - indicating the house sits north-south? That's just a wild gues.

Where is it located on the ad? I'm thinking maybe Nice Spacious Plan??

Would need to see the whole ad. I might be able to tell you then. I used to work for a newspaper, managing the classified department.

Well, I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years, own part of a real estate company and develop land and build new houses and I don't have a clue!! :confused:
I'll ask some of our Agent's, but in our area, I've not seen those intials for anything. Email me the whole ad and maybe I can firgure it out! :scratch:
