Coat Type: Smooth Baby! and I mean SSmmoooooth. I got one of the most beautiful coats you've ever seen and I'll bet the farm on it.

Eye Color: Beautiful Brown

Favorite Person/People: My Daddy and no one else....in fact...I hate strangers, I hate strangers, I HATE STRANGERS... Got it? Good! and don't forget it.

Favorite Toy: mmmmm, I likes my chew bones. I never had many toys but if it squeeks I'm ah gonna kill it!

Favorite Treat: T-Bones rule!!! and the Milk Bone Marrow Bones, and green beans, and Daddy's hamburger, and Ms. Lucy's dinner and anything else I can get my teeth on.....I know what it's like to be hungry and I'm telling ya all da food is good!

Favorite Things or Favorite Things to Do: Go bye-bye...Lord I was born a ramblin maaann-ah er-dooogg. Tryin to make a live and doin the best I caaaan. When it's time for leavin I'll hope you'll undeeerstannnd, that I was born a ramblin doooog.

Least Favorite Thing to have done or to do: I'm learning that Daddy's not so bad at chopin da toe nails....but damn brush scares me somethin fearce.

Where I Sleep at Night: With Daddy, with Daddy, with Daddy. Don't ask me that again, I'm sleepin with Daddy.

I am a Hunter/Huntress -- Yes or No: All things fear me...HEAR MY MIGHTY ROAR!

What I do when my Hoomans are away: Sleep...Duh huh...I gots to get my rest so's I can hang with Dad when he comes home.

Story about me that my Hoomans would like to share: After I sent Simon-Angel to Rainbow Bridge,  Ms. Lucy was all alone. I knew the only way to really honor Simon-Angel's 11 years of service and dedication was to adopt a Rescue. I missed out on my first two picks because I didn't act fast enough. Mr. Wilson was my third choice. Wilsons DRNA rep brought him with her when she did my home inspection. I was really apprehensive about adopting him because of the dent in his skull and he was an unknown quanitity. He hated men and in fact he let me know that by nipping me on my blue jeans right in front of the rep. To make a long story short, Third time is a Charm...he's everything anyone could ask for in a companion dog. He's a blessing to the household, I figure God's hands directed Mr. Wilson to my home. There's just no way I could have gotten a better dog.

Story that I want to share about my Hoomans: I was scared when I first got to Daddy's house. My Foster Momma was so sad driving I knew sometin was up. Daddy was big and kinda ugly....AND A MAN. I let him know right off the bat that I  was going to protect my Foster Momma. I jumped right up and bit him on the blues jeans. I let that man know I wasn't scared of him. Den Momma put me in da back yard with Ms. Lucy and went in da house with dat man! I couldn't protect her! and she was sad. ....and den....den she left me...with a big scary man. I cried and cried and cried cause I was worried bout my Momma. But that big scary man...turns out he was really a big NICE man. He's said I was a handsome boy in a nice soft voice over and over. And he gave me Food, good food, and Ms. Lucy sat in his lap and he didn't kill her, he actually petted her and played with her. Food, Toys, Blankies, Snacks......mmmmm Maybe Momma's OK. Think I'll stay here awhile...or a life time. Daddy says, were going to go see my Momma and DRNA rep OCT 25th. I can't wait!

It's not a bump. It's a crack in his skull, the bone chip is still there in his sinusis. There's just no way of knowing how he got it. His foster mother/DRNA rep found him in a pound. She said he was all skin and bones. :dontknow:

He HATES strangers but he's really one of the sweetest little dogs I've ever been around and he has the most beautiful coat. smooth and soft.

I can't even hardly put my shoes and socks on because if I sit down, he's in my lap.

Mr. Wilson, I am humbled by your story.  You have come a long long way little man.  You and Toby-Man-Angel would have gotten along famously!  I'm so happy to have learned about you and I'm even more happy that you have such a wonderful forever home.  Toby-Man would have said "Wilson dude...you are the MAN!"

Gee, Mr. Wilson - Happy Dog Star of the Day!  We know you'll protect your daddy no matter what, because he brings in the food, huh?  Robinton knows what it's like to be on your own and hungry, too!    Robbie always seems to look so worried when I take his collar off to wash it - I sometimes wonder if his never family took off his collar and left him somewhere.  :dontknow:

Mr Wilson, you are soooo handsome!  And your story, oh, so heartwarming!  I'm so happy that your daddy took a chance on you, and I bet you never snipped at him again, huh?  Your pictures are awesome, especially the swimming ones.  My Madison would NEVER consider going in the water as fun entertainment.  Happy STAR of the day, dude.

There's no way to really know for sure but...

If I walk out into the water at my mothers lake house, Wilson will come swimming out after me.
