What an awesome experience!!! Those animals were just stunning! The week went way too fast. I guess that's just the way it is when you're having fun. And to top it off, we got to visit with Dee and Dave and their boys. Sarge was too funny, flirting with Ilsa. I think he might have been amazed that a girl could have facial hair!
While DD was shooting the wild beasties, I got a few of the more tame ones. Hallie and Ilsa got along sooo well. Hallie taught Ilsa a few manners and Ilsa taught Hallie how to get in trouble. The whole week, there was never a growl or snarl. They even shared food.
Here's Hallie looking for her mom

Nice job on the piccies! :apls: That last one of Ilsa is gorgeous.
We're glad that you made it home safely! It was great to see you again.....next time, Ron and Gretchen will need to come to Greenacres with you and Ilsa, and DeeDee and Hallie! Great pictures of the girls! I think Sarge has a "crush" on Ilsa! Dee
Great pictures, Delia!
Great Pictures! I love the one where Hallie and Isla are looking out the window together! How cute!!
Hi, Dee! It was wonderful seeing you guys again too. I can't believe it's been 4 years since DD's bow wow!!! Sarge and Duggie are such sweet boys. It was funny how Sarge was awed by Ilsa and Duggie by Hallie. Good brothers - no fighting over girls. And Ilsa was absolutely hillarious with Dave. I noticed Dave said, a few times, that Ilsa was staring at him. I couldn't tell where she was looking because she was in my lap - I could only see the back of her head. About the third or fourth time he said it, I got to noticing (sp?) that she was REALLY focused on him. When we all started watching her, she wouldn't even stop staring at him to see what we were laughing at. It had to be that Dave looks a lot like Ron. Ron even shaves like Dave and wears a ball cap. Ilsa was pretty confused. She'd flown to Seattle (from Dallas/Ft Worth), left Ron and Gretchie, and was with Hallie (who looks like Gretch - B/T longhair) and now she sees Dave, who looks like her dad. She's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
Wonderful pictures of two stunning girls :apls: :apls: Glad you are home safe and sound. It sounds like you all had a wonderful time :apls: :apls:
Sounds like a fun time was had by all !!! You got some very cute pictures of the girls !!!
Now, Delia, I can't believe your comment about Ilsa not being the sharpest knife in the drawer! That girl just missed her daddy and thought he'd changed smells or something! It's enough to confuse any girl who does earthdog stuff!
I love the piccy of the grrrls looking out the car window!
Looks like Ilsa likes her naps, she looks out to it. Amy is another Haillie, I've got to be in sight at all times. Love the but shot.

That brings back memories! I too love the one of the girls looking out the window...that looks like either the wolf shoot or the black bear shoot? Too cute! It was really fun watching Hallie enjoy another pupper so much, she really seemed lost yesterday without her buddy. It really was hilarious how Ilsa was staring at Dave she did that for a super long time she wouldn't take her eyes off him! The boys were so sweet and they did seem smitten!
Roberta we were laughing at your Thelma and Louise comment while we were there LOL!!
So glad you had a good time and made it back home safely. Love the pics of the girls. Both of them are beautiful.
