I was driving to the flea market with 4 of my friends in the truck with me. I blacked out at the wheel, 70mph. I have no idea why, I didn't feel like myself all last week, was planning to go to the doctor to checked out this week. I'll be going for sure now. We all walked away, but one of my friends has issues, getting checked by his doctor today. I won't be driving until we find out why I blacked out, just don't wanna be responsible for hurting someone else.

OMG - please get checked out good. So glad you are not hurt badly - but give it a few days - you will be sore as h*ll. Please take care of yourself. Rays on the way to you and your friends. Please keep us posted -

A similar thing happened to me. I was driving and climbing a moderate hill--going pretty fast. My sinuses decided now would be a good time to experieince positional vertigo--and suddenly it felt as if my eyes were on stalks and thst they were weaving around in different directions. I was able to hit the flashers, lay on the horn and coast to a stop. Thank God there was a shoulder without any signs.
With luck, the doctor will find a benign reason for your blacking out and HOLY CR@P man lookit yer car.

Oh my gosh that looks really terrible. How scary thank goodness you are all OK and didnt have any doxies with you!
Went to my personal doctor today for a full round of tests. So far everything looks OK. Some of my blood work won't come back for a few days. Going for an ultra sound for my Carotid artery tommorow.
The Doctor said that for now it sounds like simple case of Syncope.

I would be in a mental hosptial if I had been riding with my babies. Lucy rides in a crate and Wilson would have been harnessed into his car seat but I hate to think of how it would have affected them.
That is great news. It's always so scary waiting on tests. Really happy to hear things are looking to be as good as they could be in this situation. Yes I also think the best thing is the kids weren't with you! Let us know how the rest of the tests turn out.
