Brekke and Robinton reporting in...it's Sunday, 8:32 a.m., California time.   We had our eggies about 10 minutes ago, just like Momma promised, but we actually got them a day early, 'cause she looked at the date on the Egg Beaters carton.  She mixes those with one Eggland's Best egg for better texture.  Yum, yum!  Off to snooze. B & R out   zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Zora's eyes look a lot better today.  No swelling and the discharge has gone down.   Still, no eggies until Eddie the Cocker Spaniel goes back home, which is tomorrow.

Eddie reporting in from MI.  I got eggies this morning, I think.  Momma said they were scrambled egg whites, does that count?

 :wink: It sounds very yummy, Eddie.  Of course, since your species is known to eat two-week-old road kill, I don't think cholesterol is a problem for puppers.  But if I'm elected pwesident, I'll have The FDA look into that - I might have to have a Secretary of Pupper Security!

Porky here:  Due to my allergies, I did not get my eggies.  I did howeber, get da glob of peanut butter instead.  To me dat was an acceptable substitute.   Since I'm 'llergic to da chicken, mama is 'fraid I'm night be 'llergic to da eggies too.  She doesn't want to take da chance.   


I weally hope Zora can change dat unka David's mind.  I'm telling you...she NEEEDS dose eggies!!   :crazyeyes:

Mimi, Tuttle and Carson here. We got our eggies yesterday. And today we got some bacon left over from BLT's!! Now we are just waiting to see whats on the menu for tomorrow since it is a HOLIDAY!!

Once the swelling came down, I did find two small wounds on her eyelids, one on each eye.   She must have gotten swiped with a paw.   Otherwise, she's her typical Zora self.

Brekke ('portin' in for her niece, Mocha) - Mocha and her sheltie sister, Lassie, got eggies yesterday, too.  Auntie Brenda did not, as far as I know, share her French toast, however.

Hmmpphhh! 

Dottie has a tummy ache and diarhea (whatever that is) and so we didn't get any eggies today.  However, Momma did make homeade dog food with chicken and rice and that's OK  :thumb:

Dottie also got a piece of bread with medicine on it.  Yech, but; she ate it!

Oscy here....EGG BEATERS!  SHE TRIED TO FOOL US WIF DEM EGG BEATERS!!!!  Okay, so dey were good and mama put some little chunks of ham in dem for us.  We also got da toast crust wif dat orange jam stuff.  I like dat a lot and so does da Baby Bea.  Buelah doesn't like da jam so me and da Baby got to eat hers! 

You know I've said it before: puppers who will eat two-week-old road kill don't need to worry about cholesterol! :rolleyes:

But bits of ham and toast and jam means you got a GREAT treat!! :thumb:

Well, we were out of da eggies, but mamma made barbque pork roast in the crock pot which I had to smell cooking all day long. Dat was okay since she said I could have some of it instead of the eggies. I'll take da pork anyday!

Well, Eddie the Cocker Spaniel went home today.  After 8 days of hospitality, he basically was like "don't let the door hit you on the tail on the way out".   Zeke and Zora are far more relaxed.   Zora's eyes are getting better.

 :meme:   I almost forgotted to write dis...   I gots da eggies wif da cheese!!!!!!  YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!   2 days in a row, for my barkday & the Eggie~thon.....

OK, so I'm a little behind.  Still recovering from moving over 150 people to our new building at work.  Ozzy got his eggies Labor Day evening, after we returned from the fireworks that should have been held on the 4th of July. 

I can see outside now!!
