WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
1 Pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand Cream cheese, softened
2 Pkg. (4 serving size each) Jello White Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 Cups cold milk
1 Tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 Prepared graham cracker crumb crust (9 oz)
Beat cream cheese and ½ cup of the milk in a large bowl until smooth. (I use an electric mixer)
Add remaining 1 ½ cups milk and pudding. Beat 1 minute.
Stir in Cool Whip until smooth and well blended. Spoon into graham cracker crust and chill in the fridge.
I like to use pie filling in the bottom of the crust. Any kind can be used. Strawberry, blueberry, boysenberry, cherry etc.
(If no one is around, don't forget to lick the bowl!)

This sounds awesome! I will have to try it.
Well, when you said Ron was practically drooling over the thought, I knew I had to post it! I made it for the school staff barbecue a week ago Wednesday, and let me say I thought about just crawling into bed with the pie and a spoon to really enjoy watching the Olympics! I used boysenberry pie filling, btw.
This sounds yummy and easy to make. I will have to try it. Thanks for posting the recipe.
