I waited so long for Hallie's shaved spot to fill in...now it won't stop! LOL. It is wavy, very soft (unlike anything around it) and stands STRAIGHT up in the air. These pics don't do it justice but you can get the idea. I am wondering where it will end lol. (sorry for the cruddy pics was just using my little point and shoot).
I    Hallie's fuzzy butt   She looks wonderful and so very happy!!
Hallie, that's a sweet "fuzz butt"!!! Too cute Dee Dee!!! :thumb:

LOL...Ahhhhhh..Fuzzy Butt! So cute! She looks great! :hello2:
Have you tried hair moose? or would Miss Halie lick it off??? does make ones hair a little stiff though. I was going to shave Patches for summer awhile back but wanted to check it out first. I read where some times the hair grows back different so I did not shave her it was 103* heat index of 107* today.

Miss Hallie -- you are a cutie! Hey Mom, it's the new hair style for fall!
It's Hallie's Don King look! That's how Winston looked last winter. I just don't think he's going to grow that glorious long hair that Hallie and Amy have though. I bet it'll be long enough to lay down by November though!
Ms.Hallie you a photogenic no matter what your hair looks like! :thumb:
hee hee she is too cute.
Have you considered trying the stripper knife on her like Winston? I have been considering that for Puffbutt Zuzu.
I used to call Amy's bald spot her reverse mohawk.

Heh no complaints as you say it is HAIR! :afro:
Hallie has an unusual coat with no undercoat whatsoever. Her dermatologist even commented on it. It is nice in that it means she doesn't shed! But it also means if I used a stripper on her coat, it would take the entire coat out and leave another bald spot because the hair is consistantly the same clear through. Unlike most longhair fuzzies where the fuzzies are sticking out from the coarser shinier coat. It will be interesting to see how it ends up when it's done growing, Roberta is Amy's coat the same as the rest of her now or is it still different? I do put a straightener on her hair when I wash her but it doesn't hold for long. She is a super soft puppy though!
Amy's is like the rest of her coat, but the new has a slight kink, her fuzzies are ont he sides of her legs and is like haillies. One of the hair companies sells a spray on conditioner here, how do you think that would go. Amy will have a curlie but come Sunday as she is going to be bathed post country visit.

Could this be the discovery of a new breed, the Washingtonian Ridgeback?
Roberta I was going to let her air dry last bath but I chickened out, she goes ape when she's wet and I'm afraid she'll damage something! I'm sure she'd be quite curly like Amy though. She has lost 1/3 to 1/2 of the hair length this year on her ears and around the back of her neck. Also her little pants in the rear. Not sure why that is. Send us a picture of Amy fresh from her bath if you can!
LOL I like it Rich or the Washingtonian Ridgebutt! :thumb: She may be worth millions!! :angel4:
LOL!!! Oh Hallie, you are such a kick. I'm sure you keep your mom on her toes.......which is what she needs!!! You are adorable.
