Was on the Doberman Forum some one brought up Pet Insurance they have Pet Plan Insurance sounds better than VPI which I have on Patches but not Buddy as yet. They even have a plan that pays 100% the way I read it but not sure. They also pay for prescriptions sent a e-mail asking if heart worm medications were included but being the weekend have not heard back yet.May just call and talk to them on Monday not sure yet may still visit the web site again and keep looking around. www.Petplan.com I think ,ay have to look it up again on the Doberman Forum.

Some say Pet insurance will make the vet bills go up even more but they are as high as going to a human doctor nowdays soon only the rich will be able to afford a dog or cat or any animal for that matter.
We have had it since we had Emma "the lemon" and it saved the day with Amy, we would have paid it any way but we got 3800 back from a 4000 bill. So get it its worth it, we have accident and injury not the heartworm etc one. Witha second pet you get a discount.
