I don't know if they've ever done that there before or not.  Never heard of it when I was living in Chicago.

It's the first I've heard of it.  Good thing the weather is supposed to be on the cool side, although the ever present t-storms continue to lurk...

It was great fun, and of course they had weiner races. They were hilarious. Parker entered, but got distracted in his race by a frilly little blonde doxie.
