So this morning I woke up to the usual, Marley licking my face which indicates that she needs to go out for her morning potty. While we were out side, the phone began to ring so I thought a minute or two by herself would be fine for Marley. Much to my surprise, when I walked back outside I couldn't believe what I saw!!! My baby Marley was kissing a baby deer with the mother about 5-6 feet away. It was the cutest thing I have ever seen, the mother then spotted me and the baby took off with her.
I thought I'd share that little event with you guys, I keep pinching myself for not having my camera at hand!

Sounds like Marley already has a strong maternal instinct. Our Zora is like that. Her instinct is to mother anything. We once had them at a friend's house that had ferrets. On one side of the cage you had Zeke, barking ferociously trying to eat the ferret, and on the other side, you had Zora, who was giving kisses to the ferrets.
OMG - how cute is that ? Ok, now you have to wear the camera around your neck at all times !!!!
