Porky here: I'm on comfort duty dis weekend. My mama had a h@$$ of a day yestaday. First she finds out her gwandma got put in da hospital for a heart problem. Den when she was babysitting yestaday da little boy had a seizure. She said it was very scawy and dat she had to help him breathe for a few seconds before the ambulance made it dere. Also da seizure was da longest he'd ever had 20 minutes! Thankfully he is doing just fine now and da doctors adjusted his meds so hopefully it won't happen again. Mama said it was comforting because she went to college with one of da paramedics dat showed up so she knew da little guy was in great hands.
Once mama got home she was in tears so we just cuddled on da couch and watched da tv. It seemed to help her feel better wif me dere. Den about eleben last night her dad had to go to da ER. :crazyeyes: He was habing lots of abdominal pain and back pain. Turns out he has a kidney stone 5mm in size! So, we'll find out when he has to hab dat procedure to get it out.
Dis morning her gwandma called and said dat she might hab to get a pacemaker and will find out for sure on Monday. Also she said dat she wants us to hab da family reunion wifout her if she does hab da sergy next week. We all fink it should be cancelled if she can't come, afterall she is da head of da family. Pwus we want to go be wif her. So...we'll keep you posted on dat.
Den my daddy called at lunch today and said he was scared. He was driving his truck for his job and going down a BIG hill when he lost his brakes in his truck!! Luckilly dey have a secondary braking system so he used dat to stop about 20 feet from a canyon drop off!! :crazyeyes: He was okay but da axle in da truck broke so his boss had to bring him a different one so he could finish his day. Den....at 7 dis ebening he called back and said dat his second truck got struck by lightning!! Don't worry he wasn't hurt in dat eider. Da truck just has some burn marks on da hood.
So...we are ready for a relaxing day tomorrow. Hopefuwy it will be better dan da last two days. :confused: We could definately use some rays for gwandma, my mama's dad, and da little boy she watches during da week.
Anodder fing wif me is happening too. My tummy has been starting to act up. Mama and I are hoping we're not going to have to go through the gastro thing again like we did at Cwistmas. Mama sez if my tummy is still weird by next week den we hab to go to da vet. :rolleyes: I feel okay just a little off, I want to lay around a little more den usual.

Wow Porky gee hope you are though most of it and your Grandma will get her pace maker and be fine, our day starting out like yours my sister called and said my Dad died.

Wowwie Porky...what a day your momma and poppa and family had!!! We sure hope that your tummy will feel better so you don't have to go to the Vet and all. Major rays to your momma to have a better day....and to grandma to get her pacemaker and feel better....and to mommas dad to be able to get rid of the kidney stone without surgery. My goodness, Porky - that's a lot of drama for one family to handle in such a short time. Rays on the way for healing, guiding surgeon's hands for the pacemaker, the little boy's seizure meds, your daddy, and anything else we forgot.
Oh Porky, your family is having a bad time! I will be praying that everyone is okay and that things quiet down for you guys. Give your mama some extra snuggles....that always helps!

Fanks for all da rays!! Everyone is doing okay for right now. My mama's gwandma is seeing da specialist on da 24th to decide about da pacemaker surgey, My mama's daddy is healing up fwom his kidney stone surgey he had on Tuesday, and so far da little boy is seizure free dis week. :xfinger: Da little boy goes to see a specialist in Denver in August (dey are on a waiting list.) My daddy is habing a better week dis week too. My tummy is still bugging me, but jus' a little. Mama finks I am going to be jus' fine and not hab to go see da vet man. :apls:
Da family union is 'ficially cancelled dis weekend, so mama is going to use her extwa days off wif daddy to get us moved into our new house!! :meme: Hopefuwy our moving will be done by Sunday. I'm still going to hab to stay at gwandma's during da week so she can take care of me while mama's working. I hab been berry naughty dis week so I got lots of kennel time. I bited da baby dog and stepped on her. :confused: She bit my butt first so I fink she was more to bwame den me!! But, she did get some kennel time too.
We are gonna be weal busy da next few weeks, so you may not hear fwom us till July!! :crazyeyes: We will be finking of all of you while we are away fwom da board.
