So glad this has reached this point Patty! You will be amazed at how much better you feel! (12 years and counting w/ the same surgery. Never been sorry.) Colorado puppy kisses and rays flying to Alaska.

Thanks, you guys, for all the good thoughts, prayers and testimonials. I will be heading into Anchorage in a couple of hours, so I am tying up loose ends around the house. I am going to really miss Willy and Alex, who have been loyal, faithful and glued to my side for the past 3.5 months. They are in good hands, though, Dan will be off work until Tuesday.

I've been thinking of you too Patty and sending many many prayers and rays. I am so glad this day is finally here I can't wait to hear you saying how much better you feel. We will all be with you in spirit today. I'm glad your Mom will be emailing Barb so we'll get the news as soon as possible. It will all be over soon!

I hope everything goes smoothly this afternoon and you awaken with only minor surgical pain. My prayers will be heading in your direction all evening. It will be 9:00 here before your surgery gets started! Will you have internet access once you get to the cabin?
