Surgery is always scary for anyone try and take some deep breaths and sending hugs,rays & good thoughts your way at least this time of year the hugs & rays will not get frozen. I'm sure you will do fine on the road to recovery in no time getting rid of the pain will be a huge step know pain day in & day out and especially at night is the worst gets very old real fast.

Cartwheels???.......fat chance! If you are lucky, you might get to see a picture of me with the soft collar on after surgery.
One thing I can cross off my Things To Do Before I Die List is skydiving. Always wanted to do it, but that landing looks a bit jarring and I am not about to do anything that might jar my body, and especially my spine. Watching things like football just makes me cringe now.
