I'm stuck in bed with my heart - trying to avoid the ambulance people. I have a tweet box all ready to go to some lucky pupper(s), but I can't get it mailed from my bedroom. Dang UPS - the service is SO limited! LOL!!
So forgive the Herd Wrangler. Passover starts Saturday night so I hope to get it out by my first opportunity on Tuesday!

Take care of yourself !! Please get help if you need it.... keep us posted - rays on the way !
Are you SURE you don't need the ambulance people? Is your friend who is your tenant at home today? I just want to make sure someone is close by if you need them. Keep your computer near you and keep us updated. We don't want anything to happen to you!!!
Please take care of yourself! The tweet box can wait until you are better!
I am so sorry to hear that you are sick. Stay in bed, take care of yourself first. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery Karen.

Thinking of you! How are you doing?
We are waiting for an update Karen.... how are you today?????
UPDATE ON - ME!
First off, I'm doing better. Thanks to all of you for the rays and good wishes.
My cardiologist and primary care doctor, who are both GREAT doctors and people too!, are on top of things. I am wearing an event monitor, which means whenever I feel dizzy or nauseous or have chest pains I push a button on the monitor. It records my vitals for 30 seconds. I call the 800 number to the monitoring center and use the phone to relay the info. Dr. Fisher, the cardiologist checks the strips and is adjusting my meds. I have a good blood pressure, with heart rate spikes going over 200, so the trick is to even out the heart rate without bottoming out the blood pressure. Wednesday was my worst day and Thursday was only slightly better, but I am slowly improving.
My former roommate Ann came over yesterday afternoon to check up on me, so I am well taken care of. And the Herd has been using my prone figure as a launching pad whenever a leaf bud pops on the tree or the @#$%^ grass makes noise. Great group - good thing they're all cute!
So everyone keep up the rays and I'll keep you posted!
love, Karen
Goodness kid, you had us scared. I wish you had a hooman there with you. Aren't those moniters fun. I wore one last month, Hallie walked over the button on the dang thing twice so I was writing in the journal "Dog stepped on button...ignore." You keep letting the herd take care of you and I'm glad your former roommate is checking in! Take it slow and get better!!!
My roommate Ann came over and took me shopping for Passover food for me and for the bunnies. Ever try to buy five pounds of alfalfa pellets? I can get a PALLET delivered from AUSTRALIA, but a measly five pounds? No way! :dontknow:
We stopped at the post office and sent off a tweet box to some very lucky recipients. Watch for the letter carrier!!
Auntie Karen :angel4:
I'm soo glad you are doing okay!! Please take care of yourself. I'm glad you have the Herd to keep you on your toes.
I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling better! You had us worried!
