What great pics! You have the nicest neighbor......could you send him my way??? Sarge and Duggie look so tiny compared with all that snow. The last picture is my favorite. They seem to be looking at the yard thinking....Wow!!!! Look at all dat white stuff ma :meme: :meme:
I know my neighbors used to look at me as if I was nuts trying to shovel paths my backyard. Now they know. Great pics. I'm sure for a dachsie big snows can be intimidating. We haven't had a huge snow since 2002...so I guess we're probably due in Feb. The D.C. area tends to get a walloping snowfall within five days either way of President's Day.
Oh my WORD look at the snow!! Love the doxie eye view of the tunnel and the doxie tushes. I really love that last shot of their heads!
You guys stay warm and be careful out in that stuff!
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Good thing your mama makes those nice warm blankies for you guys!
Toby-Man here.... did you dudes score some extra treats for goin OUT in that? You could have an avalanche with all that snow around you! Yeah, treats AND belly rubs are in order for that!
Dang - that is a LOT of snow !!! Bless your neighbor !!! And smoochies to those cutie pie boys !
Can you tie a little orange flag to Sargey's tail? You can just see the tip above the snow!! LOL!!
Karen
We also have to dig a latrine for our pack when the snow gets too deep. I never thought about using the blower :thumb:

Words of warning if using the blower...
1. It can tear up the grass
2. If going over a previously used frozen area, "bullits"
WILL be thrown at great speed (and you thought only bb guns could put an eye out)
Here in Illinois when we get alot of snow we make a little area for the puppers to do what puppers need to do! We were supposed to get some more today;instead it's super cooooooooooooooooooooooooooooold outside! All 4 only go out to do what they need too and then they get herded back into the house!
It looks very wet and heavy. Bet the boys appreciated the path.

That's because we haven't had a really big snowfall since you bought the snow blower. Dat's ok, you would have figured it out eventually.
