What amazing store did the gift certificate come from? Frida is salivating...
Hallie - you are one lucky girl !!!! I love your story !
What a lucky pupper! :hello2:
:hello2: WOW...oh what a fun day you had.....we just LOVE the pink coat!!!! You are one lucky girl!!
That is one great pink coat, Miss Hallie! Or, shall I say, "Your Highness." It's so YOU.
She did not look to happy about the outfit or books but she sure perked up athe toys and food. Sort of similar to two legged kids.
Looks as if both mum and you enjoyed it.

Fine choice Princess Hallie! Good ladies-in-waiting are difficult to find but it sure looks like your mama has it covered! Great pictures...as always! That surely does look like a fun store!
This was a store called Urban Dogs in a big mall near Seattle. My nephew gave Hallie and me (Dee-allie he calls us) a gift certificate there along with the farting troll we posted earlier which he bought there. I saw lots of great things but would blanche when I looked at the price tag! They had a neat wire frame topiary doxie but $95 ouch. I found a cute collar plain with a design for $56, one of the cheaper ones. Definitely a higher class shops there than moi LOL but it was fun. She was so cute with the bunny she chose, that brings her squeeky count up to 118 toys but her newest is always her fav.
Alas she did not get to keep her pink coats...she has a wardrobe already of "Long Johns" we love but we were are in need of a good rain hat, so I was testing out hoods on her. The coats were over $100! And didn't fit great. The sleeves did zip out though which was a good idea.
LOL EmmyLou...did any of that advice fall into your bowl? You are young yet but I'm sure you have your Mom pretty well trained already! :thumb:
Frida's mouth has dropped wide open...Did you say 118 squeaky toys? Better question, are they all in tact? If so, Frida would have a nervous breakdown! She has probably gone through that many toys, but many of them are in squeaky toy heaven. She keeps 10 favorites around the house, but Jim can't stand to have any of the squeakless carcasses around the house. Especially in the bed! :2funny:
We need to borrow Frida to get our numbers down!!! Hallie does not harm her toys in any way...she just likes to hold them in her mouth and squeak squeak sqeueak them...or flip them around a bit. Thus she has pretty much every toy we've ever owned still. I forgot her 5-6 toys upstairs so that puts her well over 120. :thinik:

Penny is the same way! She still has the toy she came home with at 8 weeks! So Crazy! I have no idea but over the years she has probably had well over 100 toys. We end up taking a lot of them to my parents!
Hah! I thought Brekke had phased out of de-squeaking her toys, but a few short weeks with Auntie Brenda, and playing with Mocha's toys, and - ouch! - she's at it again! Poor Mocha has had a lot of squeaky toys that have now become roadkill toys - because they are so flat now. Unca Mike - Mocha's duck from your treat box is now road kill, too, along with her Halloweenie bobo from the most recent round of treat boxes. Brekke next proceeded to de-stuff her turquoise bobo from Auntie Merion - sigh!
Wow, DD - a very high-end Dogue store indeed! Oh, well, we can dream, can't we?
Willy, our Cardigan Welsh Corgi is a mommy to all of his squeaky toys and keeps all of his toys in tact, including his first toys from 7 years. He keeps them in his big crate where he knows Frida will not go. When Willy sees that Frida is working on a toy he will gather random toys and hide them in his crate. He is a protector of the toys. Willy likes to love his toys by squeaking, Frida shows her love of squeaky toys in a different way.
Oh my gosh everybody....my two's most important mission in life is to de-squeak and de-stuff everything and anything that gets in their way....we currently have three bo-bo carcasses laying around the house from Christmas. They are both el-destructo!!!!
