I got Minna home from the vet on Wednesday and she is doing fine. In the mean time, Gabbe had apparently stuck her head through a hole in the fence (hole courtesy of Lily the beaver dog) and scraped about a 2 inch long boo boo on her neck with splinters to boot. She wouldn't let me pull them out and was doing her best dying swan imitation (which I think was in response to Minna getting mommy's attention). :ambulance: So to the vet she went on Thursday and got the boo boo desplintered and cleaned up and got some antibiotics. So I had an injured puppy ward all weekend. :bandaid: :comfort: Good thing I took vacation until tomorrow. Everyone is doing fine and I am tired and need a vacation from my vacation. Also, my friend and I had a booth at a craft show on Saturday from 9-4. Those things are very tiring. Enough of my whining. How was everyone else's weekend? :2funny:
Oh no !!!! Glad your girls are ok.........I know how it is about vacations........gotta go back to work to rest !!!! Try and relax some today with the kids. My week end was hectic as well - working half a day sat and getting ready for a birthday party at my house on Sunday - cooking outside, swimming and everyone finally leaving about 8 last night. Rudy and Brandy were exhausted.......their little heads were dragging the ground !!!! I was glad to get back to work to try and get back into a routine !!! I even left the bedroom door open today so Rudy and Brandy could loll the day away in the big bed !!!!!
