The boys, Sarge and Duggie, want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! The pictures below were taken on Christmas Day afternoon -- two very tuckered out furkids! Sarge & Duggie got toys for Christmas from us but they hit the "boatload" from our good friends! Our friends gave them a HUGE bag filled with toys -- there were about 16 toys in the bag....stuffed and rubber with squeakys! Duggie promptly took some and hid them in a variety of places.....meanwhile Sarge piled the remaining stuffed toys in one spot and promptly used his rank and stood guard over them........while guarding them, he hid his nose and fell asleep! Duggie fell asleep on their new blankies. They are still trying to catch up on their rest........beats going out in the 8 inches of snow that has fallen since Wednesday! The traditional path has been made (full circle of the backyard) for them.

They are SO sweet, isn't it nice to watch them sleep after they've had such a good time. Sounds like they scored!! LOL that is hilarious that Sarge fell asleep on his watch. :grin: If you turned the pic of Duggie and his spotted blanket black and white, he almost disappears! Camouflaged by his own blankie. They are both so precious.
poor wee bairns, all tuckered out, dare say you rustled a wrapper and they would both perk up............. so cute and cuddlie for words.

Adorable pictures of both boys - Sarge looks so cute with his hidden nose......kinda like falling asleep in your beer..... LOL !!!
Mine were like 2 noodles after everyone left - they snuggled in under their Greenacres blankies and didn't move until I made them go potty before going to bed !! I did take some pictures of them with their blankies - will try to get posted this week end !

Dee, I don't know how I missed these pictures. The one of Sarge is hillarious! Who knew guarding toys was such hard work! And Duggie...he looks like he's been in your home forever!
