I found this on the Sweet Potatoe Queens website and it is Awesome!!
Incredible Brownies (Also known as The Big-O Brownies)
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup of chunky peanut butter
1 stick of melted butter
1 6oz. package of chocolate chips â€"more if you’d like
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan
Mix the cake mix, the eggs, the melted butter and the peanut butter in a bowl, and press half of it pan.. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the hot brownies. Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the chips. Break off little pieces of the remaining half of the batter and distribute them evenly over the chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
Return the whole shebang back to the oven, and bake for 20-25 more minutes. Cool and cut into small squares.
You could also use a chocolate cake mix, and peanut butter chips.
You can feel the pounds creeping on as you bake these. Next time I make them, I'm going to try freezing some and see how they do.
