LOl - sorry Beth - I would hate to see what they look like if I did knit them !!! I happened upon these at Walmart - I look every where I go - on the unending quest of finding a sweater long enough !!!! Foiled again - but these were only $5 each - so I got them !!!
Hee Hee - After the pictures I left them on - and after a bit, I went into the living room and sat down. Brandy was immediatly there and I heard Rudy coming.....I called to him several times - "Come on Handsome".... I finally heard him doing his whine....and jumped up and he was in the middle of the hall with one paw stuck in the arm and the other arm hole around his middle.... LOL - he was rolling on the carpet runner trying to get it off! He couldn't walk and the whine got mom there to help !!!!

I think the length is pretty good, even if they are a little short. You're right, though, it's really hard to find dachshund specific clothing. A place online called Houndz in the Hood makes clothing for dachshunds. Don't know if you've ever checked them out. They are a bit on the expensive side, though.
