I just got half my house done when the belt busted. Ron and I have been through the instructions but we can't find how to replace it. We'll make a trip to Home Depot later to get a new one. Ron says he can figure it out, but I was wondering if you could give me some instructions.
I'll check when I get home to see if mine has instructions on how to replace it. what model do you have?

If it is determined that your vacuum needs to be serviced, a Helpline representative will assist in locating a Dyson authorized service center nearest you.
If a Dyson authorized service center is not conveniently located to you, the Helpline will arrange to have your unit shipped to Dyson directly for service and shipped directly back to your residence.
