First thing when we went out the rain was so hard that it even got through the trees, I have a thing I have always carried Amy out (does not like getting Footies wet) and tell her to go girlies and Iwill pick her up, both of us were soaked, boy wonder the fastest delivery was waiting for us in the laundry (utilityroom). They are now bothcurlie with adventures out.

Porky Pie here: I understand Amy. I don't mind da rain so much, as long as it doesn't hit my back. I HATE that! I love playing in da snow as long as mom puts my boots on first. I don't like da boots, but i know dats da onwy way to keep my footsies warm long enough for me to run in the snow. I think your mum should build you a tunnel so you don't gotta get wet when it rains. After all dey are building all dose ramps for ya, what's one more project?? :dontknow: :wink:
We think all our parents should build a huge umbrella outside -so none of us hab to get wet.... including dem !!!!

Boy you guys got doused!! (I'm laughing at your "go girlies"...I may have to change to that from my "go pot pot!". Followed by "OK now go other pot pot"). Is this usually a dry time of year for you there?
Delia showed me this so I got it for Hallie. I have it right at the end of her ramp, with a big rubber mat under it and two XL piddle pads on top. I would have much preferred to have it right on the grass but I had it there for 3 days and the grass never dried out so her tooties still got wet even when it wasn't raining. I don't like putting booties on her because it puts her gait off and I don't think that's good for their doxie backs. She likes it now and it stays really dry in there, although she prefers the grass if it's dry out. And I still have to convince her it's OK to poop in there, she's very solidly house broken so I think convincing her to pee in there is a stretch for her but she at least does that now. We'll keep working on the pooh! :)

The tent looks good , she is really very good if you ask her to Girlie she will go at any time which is good for going in the car. The other interesting time is at mum's as they don't have a doggy door (they do but the cat can then get in) she goes every time we go outside.
This starting to go into summer, we have not had much rain this winter and the dams are still quite low, we are one under the highest water restrictions at present.

Amy, I am a bwave wittle grrrrl and will do my bidness in da wain most of da time, but my sissy Dowwy HATED the wain. It if was even misting a wittle, she would NOT got out. And she had a fantastic holding tank, as, unlike meeeee, she would have been MORTIFIED to "GO" in da house.
