Title: Update - Burrito, Chips, and performance review
Post by: MindyKay on October 25, 2007, 02:15:48 PM
I spent a few hours fretting over a good review that lasted all of 10 minutes.  I rated very high.  It's nice to have a boss who really appreciates and understands all the trauma and drama that comes with working with engineers.

That's great news!!  The burrito must have had some lucky beans or something.   :2funny:  Just kidding.  Glad you did so well!

Yay!!! :apls:

I hate those things too.  They are so subjective and so many time totally unfair.  I've almost always get low marks for "personal relationships with others" not because I'm not hard to get along with...I don't think so, anyway, but becuase when I go to work, I go TO WORK....NOT socialize.  Thank goodness where I'm at now, they seem to respect that.  Still had a puny 3 month raise though, but I think that's just the nature of the company and the area were I'm living.  Prices are HIGH, wages are really LOW.

Congratulations on your great review.  And just think, it's over for another year, huh?
