Title: I could use some rays!
Post by: Brekkesmom on October 09, 2007, 11:05:40 PM
I have been hit with allergies for over  8 months, and finally, when I had a horrible headache last Thursday (I so rarely have one), I decided to try to get into my doctor.  Stopped by yesterday, the nurse said she was booked until Wednesday, but suggested I go to Urgent Care - next building over.  I have a sinus infection, and am taking 250 mgs of Azithromycin and an inhaler called Proventil for my sinus infection. It's working, but it sure makes me nauseous!

Rays coming at ya.  There seems to be a lot of this sort of thing across the country.  One of my co-workers has had a sinus infection since June.

Rays on the way from Iowa.  I'm on an allergy medicine and nose spray, but still, there are some days in the summer where I cannot go outside for very long at all!  I actually look forward to the killing frost because it means I can go outside again!

I feel your pain, literally.  I am going through the same thing right now.  I really hope you get to feeling better real quick.  Most of those medicines make me very nauseous as well.   Mine is also coupled with an ear infection and upper respiratory infection.  I felt completely awful yesterday, but am feeling a little better today.  Sending BIG rays, hoping you heal fast!!!

Rays on the way.  This is one of the worst years I have had with allergies...seems like they just never get any better.  Take care !

Rays coming from Iowa for sure. I can't remember the last time I didn't have a stuffy nose.  Only allergy sufferers know the meaning of a bad nose day.

Thank you, everyone - for the first time since they began digging for the new shopping center to the north in February, I actually woke up this morning, able to breathe with both nostrils!!!  I am sure stirring up all the dirt in that field that had been untouched for at least 16 years, has had a lot to do with my allergies!  I take my last dose of the antibiotic in about 50 minutes, and I appreciate the continued rays!

I'm so glad you are feeling better!   :apls: Allergies are awful.  I bet that was nice waking up and actually breathing though both nostrils.   I'm waiting for that feeling.     Oh please, oh please send the first frost soon!
