DOMINGO'S GARDEN was 100% approved by the Mat-Su Borough last Thursday. On Friday our neighborhood and road passed their inpsections. We're tying up the last of the loose ends and requirements now. We need to write covenants, and I am having a heck of a time with that. Looked on the internet and found a list of covenants for a neighborhood close by and will hopefully be able to use that as a guideline.

Thanks Terri, I am happy that Domingo is being immortalized in some way. I hope his spirit is happily grazing his neighborhood.
