You are not alone Labor Day weekend having family over my son's new mother-in-law so I tried the Oklahoma surprise Bundit cake a little on the expensive side to make dried cherries and a whole bottle of lemon extract + 6 Lemons mine did the same thing stuck in the pan came out in pieces.We ate it any way.

I make a chocolate chip chocolate bundt cake that is so rich and dark, my girls always called it purple cake. Bakers Joy always works and is easier to use on a fluted bunt pan than margarine and flour.

Patty the recipe called forjust oil on the pan thought it odd but the recipe was odd the whole way though did not have any baking soda nor baking powder just flour,Lemon juice from the Lemons, Lemon extract, dried cherries yes also sugar. Showed the recipe to my mother-in -law she also thought it was odd I had barrowed her Bundt cake pan to make the cake.The recipe came from the newspaper so wondered if they wrote it down right????
