take her back to puppy training again. Take her out and praise like mad if she goes.
When she goes inside whats the weather like as Amy on very rainy days goes in the laundry. Also check nothing is upsetting her outside ie load noises or swooping birds.

Just a couple of things to add to what Roberta said.  First, don't punish her or yell at her. She won't know what you're upset about and in the dog world, any attention is better than no attention at all.  It's better just to clean up and not make a big deal of it.  Second, make sure when you clean up that you are using a product that's specifically for pet messes.  There are several of these and they use enzymes to make sure that there is no odor left where she went.  You or I might not be able to smell it, but if she can still smell it, it is likely she'll go there again.

I agree with Rich, also is she going poo or pee in the house?   If it is just, tinkle, maybe she has a bladder infection!  Sometimes when they have a bladder infection they will go indoors!    Maybe a quick trip to the vet to rule that out, would help!  Has there been anything going on upsetting in your home, sometimes they feed into our feelings and get stressed out, then potty in the house!  Don't overly correct, have patience and try going back to puppy training some!  Good luck!  Sending  and  :sunny: your way!
