Well...since Dee Dee can't come to San Diego just to take pics of Penny :wink: I found a local pet photographer. I know...I know we are so silly! But I really wanted to get professional pics of Penny and Tucker done before we move out of this house. Especially since this is the home we brought Penny home to when she was a puppy! I know...I'm sentimental and a sap but what can I say.
The woman that is doing the pics has a dachshund too so that is fun!! She is going to do the pics on Saturday 9/1 so stay tuned... :hello2:

I LOVE her photos, they are very artsy which I like so much better than the posed, usual shots you see all the time. I'm excited to see what she gets of Miss Penny and Tucker (could be some great stories from that LOL) and OMG she does have an adorable doxie baby doesn't she!!!!!
I'd say you aren't silly at all since I went the other direction and bought my own photo studio set up just to get pictures of Hallie LOL. I take picutures of other stuff to pay for the stuff to get pictures of her. :thinik:
Oooh it would be fun though to win the lotto, I could pack my stuff up and do a tour, taking photos of all the wiener writing doxies on our travels! I saw the coolest trailer, inside was a full photo studio all set up with backdrops and lights that would rock!

So Penny had her photo shoot on Saturday and it was so much fun. She was quite the ham for the camera. Mr. Tucker also got his picture taken as well. Helynn and Scott were awesome and where at our place for about 2 hours taking pics :headbang: . They must have taken hundreds of pics...I can't wait to see how they turned out. They will do the editing and then post the proofs online for us to check out. I'll keep you updated and post some when we get them! :hello2:
Can't wait to see the finished product! I'm glad that Miss Penny was cooperative. I would so love to have my four done but not really sure if any sane photographer would take on the task. :confused:
