How is everyone else doing?
It's nice in Iowa today. They did determine that an F1 twister occurred near Paris in Linn County. The storm Monday night/Tuesday morning had the most frequent and vivid lightning I have ever seen; even the cloud-to-cloud lightning was spectacular.
It's supposed to get hot and humid again in a few days.
It was really nice last week, though a bit cloudy, but it kept it in the 80's. This week has been back in the 90's with it around 96 yesterday. Today has een really warm (92) and muggy!! The good part is a cool front is coming through and the weekend is supposed to be sunny and in the low 80's!!!! I can't wait. Anytime we can have that weather here in july, I'll take it. I'm ready for Fall now. It's not the heat, it is the humidity that gets to me. We haven't gotten to enjoy the pool at our complex because it seems to want to storm right when I get home each evening or else the days I have free are the ones that are cloudy. Oh well, that's life in the south!
