Mom has been socializing us this summer. We have spent a lot of time at the cabin with lots of different people coming and going. We have become very friendly. Alex thinks his grandpa needs company when he's sitting in his easy chair reading, so he just hops on up and makes himself comfy. The other day we went for a walk and visited some new neighbors down the street. They have a little girl who absolutely loved us, we even let her give us a hug when it was time for us to leave. When mom's boss and his family came over last Saturday evening, we were especially good. We hardly barked when they knocked on the door, and we were very nice to the boss's little girl. Now we are working on being good dogs around other dogs, cuz mom said we may be hosts for a Bow-Wow soon and we need to be extra good and nice to everyone who comes. We can show all the doxies where the squirrel lives and maybe even chase the barn cat, Pepper. Mom says we don't want to ever catch the barn cat cuz we will wish we hadn't.
Tell Mom if we have a big Bow-Wow and there are 17 of us puppers, we should be able to take on ONE cat! She ain't Kujo, after all!

I don't know.......Miss Pepper is almost as big as us, and she has some pretty sharp meat hooks.
O.K, guys, a 2009 Bow-Wow? Count me in.
Pepper attack? Count me OUT!

(My mama didn't raise no dummy!)
A skwirl? Does Clifford know about this? My momma says a skwirl might be much like a rabbit, but it climbs instead of hopping.... hmm, I raise a paw to volunteer with this rascule!
