A big hello to everyone!
It has been a while since we last posted! We are all good! It is winter here in Australia and Miki is enjoying life under his blankies.
We still regularly read all the postings on Wiener Writings but today...
Miki here: I wanted to show everybody what ma muther is doing these days! Why are there orchids everywhere in ma yard! Stinky orchids! :idiot: Mum says that I can't pee on them!!! But why? I own all da plants in da garden! :thinik:

Glad to see you back!! Such a great picture! We have a friend here is San Diego that grows orchids for a hobby - in fact she just went to an orchid conference last weekend.
Pssst, Miki. . .don't act like you hate orchids. Tell everyone you GROW them! They'll think doxie pee is a secret ingredient, and who knows? Maybe one day your hooman will take over the orchid world!

Hey, we were just talking about you the other day... how are Paula and Donut? It's been too long since we've heard from you! Love the photo - Miki sure stands out with that white orchid.
So, is Miki the miracle dog, doing well now? He looks great in the picture. I remember how worried we were about him for awhile there. Fill us in on everything!!

Thank you for remembering us! I was just talking to my husband on last night about Miki's illness and how amazing that Miki is still around!
Believe it or not, it has been 3 yrs.
Miki seems to be 'healthy'. However, he has had a few other close encounters with death recently! Like eating large quantities of dark chocolate- the vet had to pump out his stomach on two different occasions! Standing on a sinking swimming pool cover! And swallowing a large plum stone! Yep, I have had my fair share of vet bills!
Still, we are very blessed to have this little dog around! :meme:
We will now try to post on the board a bit more regularly! A big hug to all our great doxie friends! :thumb:
Miki: ma mum sez that I am always hungry! How can any any one resist chocolate! It waz so good that I even eat the foil and wrapper! :grin: I can't believe that da vet made me vomit all that good stuff out! :cussing:

Miki is so cute!!! He sounds "accident prone" like my Porky Pie. I have stories of vet bills too. I'm so happy he is doing well.
