You are correct, Zeke is the blue and tan :grin:, and Zora, the chocolate-tan, is his pillow. Actually, Zeke bears a semblance to Dr. Beau Leakey in the shape of his skull and the "Eeyore" look.
Zeke and Zora are half-siblings...same dam, different sires from Bear Creek Kennels in Alabama. They were from consecutive litters, Zora was whelped in August '01 and Zeke was whelped in May of '02 and the two of them have been together since July/August of '02. Here is the rundown on my quad.
Buelah is my gorgeous black and tan long haired girl. She will be five in September. We have had her since she was a pup and she was my first dachsie...a birthday gift from my husband.
Oscy is Buelahs biological brother and he just turned three. He is a short haired red boy. Both he and Buelah are a product of Sonny, the long haired red daddy and Isabella, the short haired black and tan mom. He is also my velcro pupper. Laid back and lovey...that's Oscy.
Toby is our rescue boy. He came to us almost two years ago and has been one of the biggest challenges and the biggest joys of my life. He was from New Orleans and dachshund rescue got him to us the day that Katrina hit. Sadly, his foster families home was among the ones lost. He was abused and heartworm positive when he arrived. He is now...other than the ear, a healthy and happy boy.
Princess Beatrice is our baby. She is nine months old and ALL PUPPY! She is a long haired red girl with lots of black mixed in. She is also the only real mini of the bunch. She weighs in at 10 pounds and I'm pretty sure she is just about done growing. The other three are all around 16pounds.

I have not changed my photo since The Divine Ms Em left us at the end of 2005 at the age of going on 17, her full title was Caligra Katriona know as Emma a mini short haired b/t with attitude. The red long hair is Oliver full title Chipal against all odds who is 7 and the other long hair is Amy full title Chipal Miami Beach who is 6 and a black and tan. Both of those two are from the same kennels Chipal.

Here's my Madderoo. This picture was taken quite a few years ago but is still one of my favorites. I'm not much of a picture taker, so I don't have recent ones. It was taken at Maria's (Clapton, Stevie and Jimmie) house.

Mine is EmmyLou *ahem* sorry, Pwincess Emmy..... She is a mini red smooth, with some black to her, here and there.... She was a gift from my parents after I lost my Boo who was also a mini red smooth.... She will be 10 months on Friday, and like Pwincess Bea, she is all puppy..... Here is her pictures....
