Buddy passed his Beginners Obedience class,going to try for a CFC on July 10th it is hard to work with a big dog in summer time.Going to wait til fall to try the next class with Buddy with him being black I;m sure he will be much happier going in the fall as I do not like the heat either.
Did get 10% off on the next class if used in 60 days so may try to come up with the monies to take Patches at least with her I can work with her in the house.Patches does well but has not been around that many other dogs,my sister & her hubby came over Sat Patches went out the door to greet them they just stood there. I said will you all please come in before Patches sees a squirrel and takes off. When we are here by ourselves I tell her to wait if by the door I can go out & get mail or the newspaper she never offers to go out.At the class there will be allot of distractions so that would help.
Buddy and I are going out walking every morning I'm on the scooter he is walking next to me so he is getting more exercise think he gets a little bored on the gravel walk way but it is safer for us than being in the street. Want to get a flag to put on the scooter may make it a little safer,we do have to travel on the street some to get to the gravel walk way.

Good luck on your CFC. What is a CFC? (do you maybe mean a CGC?)

Chalk me up as another one who thought "Oh no" when I saw the title. So glad that wasn't the case and even happier that Buddy passed his obedience class!
Very sorry to everyone did not mean to scare anyone just I was tired did not think about how it read have been getting up at 5:30am to be able to take Buddy walking with the scooter while it is still cool in the mornings.Soon I think it will be too hot to even go in the early mornings.Patches got to ride on the scooter in the back yard I have some pictures but have to figure out how to make them small enough to be able to post them something I'm not good at at all.Have tried Photo Bucket and others I just do not know what I'm doing.Maybe one of these days it will sink into my thick head.
The instructor at Obedience class took pictures so she is sending them to our e-mail addresses not sure when we will get them. Buddy kept his hat on for pictures then it went side ways on his head, guess it did not work well with his long ears.
