Title: Toys
Post by: Merion on May 20, 2007, 06:22:47 PM
I actually found a toy that it took Zena 45 mins. to get the first squeeky out.  They had it at the new Petco at Plover.  Here is the website for it.
http://www.edogtoy.com/retail/index.php?cPath=27_33_35.
This one is a 9 on the chew scale but they also have one that is the 10.
She had it for almost 4 weeks before she got it all torn apart.  The bobo lasts 20 min.
Fleet Farm had Tuffies for $9.95 so I will get them there from now on.

Speaking of bobo's,  PetSmart has one that is in a graduation outfit with a diploma in hand and the cap on.  They also had one today that had a yellow polka dot bikini on.

Well, Karen, our helpful hooman, went to this site about three months ago.  She saw Tuffie bones on sale and bought six of them. :apls:

First of all, there are four of us, so what is her deal?  :thinik: (Editor's note: they were on sale in threes.  What would YOU do?  :dontknow: )

Second, with apologies to the boys from Alabama, Merlin and Beau could care less if you throw them a toy.  They let it fall to their feet and stare at you with a "what's your point?" look on their faces.
:doah:
Third, Guinness won't play with a toy that is bigger than he is. :BangHead:
Fourth, the only color they came in was PINK!  Was she on medication when she ordered these things?   (Editor's second note: They were marked down on close-out for 70% off!  Can you cut me some slack, Roscoe?)
So that leaves little ol' me, Roscoe the Handsome One, :rescue: to chew up and de-squeak SIX Tuffie Bones!

Man, this is WORK!  Who field tests these things - lowland gorillas, like the old Samsonite commercial? :verdict:

(Editor's third note: the Tuffie web site says they're chew-tested by tigers.  :2funny: HAH!!!!)

So anyway, Tuffies get the Roscoe Seal of Approval.  :thumb:

  "nuf said.

Thanks for the tip!  :thumb:  Cookie used to be rough on her toys until she got 30 teeth removed.  Its a little hard to rip toys up with only 8 teeth and gums.  :2funny:  But she still tries...

Penny really isn't too rough with her toys! She still has toys from when she was a puppy. She just loves to squeak them and doesn't really tear them up.
