Dis is Oscy. Buelah an Toby-Man an Baby Dog have lected me to speak for dem. Our mama is bwoken again. :ambulance: Yep....she gots another compression fwacture in her back and she gots to REST. Dis is a VERY good thing for us cuz we gets to cuddle wif mama all day long. Daddy gots to take her to da specialist because dey might have to do da surgery. Baby Dog had da surgery but I don't think it's the same. I hope not because I don't think dat mama wants to wear dat lampshade thing on her head!
We been taking WEALLY good care of her. We been making sure to give her lots of kisses when she is twying to sleep. We been makin sure dat we bring lots of squeeky toys to da big bed for her to play wif. Baby Bea likes to walk on her keyboard when she is twying to work. Daddy eben put lots of extwa pillows on da bed which I must say, are awfully nice to cuddle up on!
So..... a bwoken mama can be a good thing for puppers! We are gonna make sure dat she stays in da big bed fer as long as necessary!
Oh No! I am so sorry to hear this! I hope the specialist appt goes well! Sounds like you have some really great nurses :bandaid:

 That is so funny- hope you don't have to wear the lampshade.
Hope you get to feeling better soon! Glad you have so many good caretakers in your home!
Willy and Alex here: I don't know, your mom might look pretty cute with a lampshade on her head, ya never know..............
Patty here: Terri, you poor thing, that sounds absolutely painful!!! Sounds like its time for lots of "crate rest" as we are so fond of saying here.
Sending rays that your back heals quickly! What a bummer!! You poor thing. :comfort: We'll be praying for ya.
:comfort: So sorry to hear about your back....Hoping and praying you don't need surgery....It does sound like you are in good hands....great nurses are hard to find....
Ouch! I've been there, done that. I had 10% - 15% compression fractures in my L-1 & L-2 vertabrae from a freak boating accident five years ago. That was no fun. Sending rays your way!
On the upside is that five years later, I'm virtually pain-free. Unless I take an impact exactly like the one that caused the injury, my back is almost as good as new. So hopefully, your prognosis will be as good.
Ouch, Terri, that sounds rough! I hope everything goes well in your recovery, and we're sure you have 4 very well trained nurses... :bandaid: Rays that you'll be all fixed up soonest!
Oh bless you Terri, that has to be awfully sore! Hate to hear this but we're also hoping you won't need surgery and can heal up on your own. You do have lots of close range doxie rays hitting you there, I'm sure they will take really good care of you and sounds like Hubby is too!
What a bummer. Crate rest is the best. Sure hope you're feeling better soon. Just a thought.....
Mark and I recently purchased a Tempurpedic bed. It has done wonders for both our backs.
Take it easy now, y'hear?
Oh no Terri!!! That doesn't sound like much fun, for you anyway.... Maybe for the puppers... lol Hope this finds you feeling somewhat better... EmmyLou sends lots of slurpy puppy kisses.... Give the furkids a love for me... And, you 4 make sure to take good care of you momma ~K~ EmmyLou says to feel better soon and she hopes you don't have to wear that lampshade either.... Take care of yourself.... *hugs* :comfort:
I got room in my cwate if you need a place to chill out!
