I'm wiff Mommy at her WERK! Twuman, da Golden Wetweever isn't here today so mommy 'cided dat I might want to come to werk wiff her. I have 'vestigated the whole place....it's not dat big...and took some sips of water fwom Twuman's water bowl. I barked weel loud at Jerry, da tech when he came in but then he just laffed at me and gave me a cookie. Later, I went over to his desk and he gave me some of his bweakfast. I didn't let him touch me though. It takes me a couple of days to warm up to new people. Now I'm snuggled in on my blankie. Mommy put up a temporwary jail so that I don't get out and wander around. There are some BIG boxey things called TVs in here. I wouldn't want one of dose things to step on me. Do you tink Twuman will guess that I was here when he comes back tomorrow?

Sandi here. Robert and DeAnna are at a class in Fresno and Truman is at Happy Tails pet resort. Maddie is really doing better than I thought she would. She was pretty squeaky this morning but now she's napping on her blanky. She wakes up now and then and squeaks but then goes back to sleep. It's a very quiet day here so she's doing a good job of keeping me company.
Maddy, you are one lucky girl! It sounds like you have had a pretty good day with your mama! Don't worry about taking a few days to warm up to people! That is what Toby-Man does to! There is not a thing wrong with choosing your friends carefully sweet girl!

Hey Maddie, make sure you walk all over that place and drink out of Trumans bowl and stuff, it will drive him crazy when he gets back. He will wonder "who's been sitting in MY chair."
