Dachshund for adoption - comes complete with three library books, one pair of $200 orthotic shoes and one Macintosh keyboard key. All items slightly, er heavily chewed. O.K., all items totally trashed, but by golly he's taking his evidence with him.

After all, whenever any of my kids threatened to run away from home, I offered to pack them and drive them to the bus station!

Years ago I worked for Belleview Public Library in Bellevie, NE. One day my supervisor showed me a book that a patron had returned, with half its cover ripped off and many pages chewed by her dog. The title of the book (Iswear this is true) "When Good Dogs do Bad Things"!
