The second picture .. I did take myself , a couple of years ago .... I must say .. I like MY picture the best
Whoa! That is amazing you had pretty much the same shot! Incredible pictures. Mother Nature can sure be powerful. Our Mt Rainier national park here is closed for the first time in 30 years. We are still storming and raining (it is blowing and storming outside which I love but not so when it is causing the worst flooding we've had in over a decade too...and there is no end in sight at this point). Makes you very thankful to be high and dry.
Gee to bad we cannot get more rain in Oklahoma the fires are starting up again some are set on purpose some real sick people to start fires we are about 8" in the hole for rain this year.
The pictures are really wild mother nature is sometimes very powerful shows in the pictures that is for sure hope no one lost their lives or property.

WOW!! Amazing pictures. We are still planning to visit Glacier National Park sometime, but with a kid in college, money is tight!! The way things are going, everything will, hopefully, be back to normal.
Stay safe and dry!!!
