When your dog takes a poop in front of someone else? I just had someone come by from my cable company to pick up our cable modem, and Chilie raced out the door (like she usually does) to greet them. Then, also as usual, she proceeded to run in and out of the house until the visitor greets her. Then she ran outside again to the front patch of grass that we have and proceeded to poop. The guy looked over at her and then said to me, "Uh, your dog is doing....." and I cut him off and said thank you, shoved the modem and equipment into his arms and raced out the door with a plastic bag! It made me laugh, and the guy chuckled too as he left, but I was still a little embarrassed. Good thing our doxies know no shame!
LOL Beth that's too funny. You will get over it. Doesn't bother me in the least I even will do my customary poop inspection in front of strangers without thinking about it. Now, I did get embarrassed when I first got Hallie and she brought in a piece of "kitty roca" from the litter box to show the burglar alarm guy. (she got over doing that thank goodness!)
I have a non dog friend who will not let me pick up Hallie's poop in a plastic bag on our walks if she is with us because she swears she will puke. LOL. I always have to go back later and get it if it's a public place.
Yes Amy infact performed last night in front of the builder here to give us a quote, I got the look "Arent Iz a goooooood girlie" thank goodness DAvid just laughed.
Our worst was Christmas day years ago when we took them for a walk mid afternoon and Angus(who has always been an exibithionist) performed infront of a whole family having a BBQ in their front garden, and he kept looking at them, we promptly picked it up and walked away as if nothing was wrong.

 That is too funny! I feel your pain though. Porky has a "knack" for embarassing me too. LOL everytime we go past our next door neighbor's home he looks at their yellow lab and does his business, all the while staring at her. Its like he's telling her, "See, I can do it too!" Luckilly the neighbor's think its hilarious and since they laughed at it once and Porky loves to make people laugh, he does it all the time now! :2funny:
Like the saying goes, POOP HAPPENS. I guess I'm seasoned. Poop, any poop, doesn't bother me. Dolly can really let go a load every time she goes on a walk. I think she does it in protest. She's not much for walks, my couch potato dawg.
LOL !!!! I always have poop bags with me - they are hooked on to Rudy's leash......I just scoop up and HOPE there is a trash barrel close !!!! So far - where they have been and pooped is pretty much doggie related or homes where doggies live - so no real chance for being embarrased yet !!! Hey - what are ya gonna do ?!?!?!? Hee Hee......
The first time I went to Petco I pooped! Mom was embarrassed but the lady said it was okay. When I was watching mom pick up the poop ( this is a good thing we have trained our hoomans to do) a big dog came and peed on the toys. So, I think that dog's mom shoulda been more embarrssed. Girls are funny. I love you Chilie!
