Diane, I LOVE it!!! Wow you have travelled a lot, how cool! Love the last two pictures, that says it all. You look at sweet as you always sound when you post. #14 had me rolling...LOL, Ken's reference to a picture of a sucker next to your name at the SPCA LOL!!!! I believe it, you have a very soft heart! Yep Mini-Coopers for the Mini Dachshunds...suh-weet!! Thanks for the great writeup I really enjoyed that. :thumb:
Oh, yeah! I'm all over the dark chocolate thing! No wonder one of your four-footed kids is named Cocoa! (Brekke's middle name means chocolate!) Happy POD and I likewise enjoyed your bio! Wow, 180 on the autobahn? I can't wait to tell Rick - he loves Germany. Unfortunately his puter just got fixed, so he has around 1,000 emails to deal with!!! Salutes to Patches and Cocoa, too - and spoil your mom tomorrow!
Wow!! You have been lots of places!! How fun!! I loved reading your POD. Great pictures too! I had some friends that lived in German for 8 or 9 years and absolutely loved it!! Every Easter they would send us some chocolate eggs made in Germany that had toys inside. My little brother especially liked that because the toys inside were plastic and you had to assemble them yourself. We looked forward to getting them every year!
Sounds like fun to go to China and Japan too! I had a college roommate from Japan three years ago. She was great! Except the lanugage barrier was hard sometimes. lol
Happy Person of the Day Dianne !!! Thanks so much for sharing your life with us - I love both pictures - especially the second one where you are getting all the kissies !!! Have a wonderful day and keep wearing that "sucker" patch !!! LOL - we ALL are suckers where the furkids are concerned !!!

Wow! That's a great write-up, Dianne. Love your picture too, with your "kids". Gotta love that long dachsie tongue!
Great write up Dianne! I'm with you....there IS no place like home. Especially when you have those sweet little faces waiting for you!
Have a great day and thanks for sharing!
Hi Y'all,
Thanks for the kind words. Ken and I are at that time of our lives where we are looking forward to 10 more years of work...and then it's our turn! Unless, of course, we win the Lotto!
You should have seen the whole string of photos. If I get them downloaded I'll post a few more. I was getting a very thorough face washing when I was trying to hold Patches and there are faces to go along with it. He is a sweetie; but, he is the lickiest pupper! After awhile it gets "icky".
Di
Wow! You've been everywhere, just about! Great write-up. It's so much fun getting to know the people here. LOL on Patches and his active tongue. My little wirehair, Ilsa, has earned the name Lady Licks-A-Lot around here. Can you tell my husband is a Rennaisance Faire junkie?! LOL!
