Porky here: I fink I like dis new bed. Cept that first night was so hard!! I cwied until 3 am!!!!! Momma wasn't too happy bout dat. I also had two accidents in da first night. I twied to tell momma, but she thought I was just cwying and barking cause i was scared of my new bed. So...I twied my best. I ran real fast towards our upstairs patio door, but I knew I wouldn't make it. Den I ran around da room for a second and spotted a newspaper. I ran over to it and WHOOSH!!! Just in time!! Momma wasn't too angwy at me since she said it was her fault and since I found da paper to go on stead of da carpet. I actwally got a tweat for going on da paper.
Now I have slept on my bed for 2 nights, I am liking it. It is so comfy cause, momma added some extra soft blankies on top of my bed. It has been weally cold here since Friday night so momma out one blankie on top of da bed for me to scratch and get just right so my bed is extra comfy, AND she gibbed me my favorite blakine on top of me, AND another warm fweece blankie on top!! I am so cozy in dis new bed. Momma says if I keep waking up in da shiverin' she might have to put me in my sweater afore bed. Am I spoiled or what?! Da reason its so cold in our bedroom is acause dere is no heat in da upstairs of our house.
Thanks to Roberta for having her puppers write me a message about how much dey liked their beds. It weally helped.
Porky, I'm so glad you like your new bed. And what a good boy for finding the papers instead of piddling on the carpet. You could give Miss Madderoo some lessons. She warns ONCE and if we don't read her warning, a puddle will be waiting. GOOD BOY!! :apls:

I fink I got wobbed though now dat i fink about it. momma only gave me one tweat, but I went bof at once,so I'm finking since I piddled and pooed, dat i should have gotten two tweats instead of one. :dontknow: What do you fink? I did it all in da same spot too so that titles me to bonus points i fink. Specially since i made it easy for momma to cwean up. This should be a new rule I fink.

What a good boy you are for doing your business on the paper !!! Anything new is hard to get used to - but it sounds like mom has made the bed very comfy! Maybe on really cold days she will put the blankies in the dryer and they will be toasty warm for you !!!! Smoochies sweet smiling boy !
Glad Porky is getting use to his new bed instead of a sweater I have seen PJ's for dogs in some of the catalogs over the years. Bet if you typed in PJ's for Doxie's you might find some PJ's for Porky.
