Title: ndr:Need Help!Cats Eating Plants!

A friend has 2 cats that won't stop eating her house plants.Does anyone have any suggestions on how stop them from doing this.

Sorry, no suggestions.  I had to get rid of all of my houseplants to stop my cats from eating them.

We used to hang all our plants in wire hangers from the ceiling.  Only ever had one cat who would jump from the floor up onto the hanging plant.  Good luck.

Good idea to hang plants!  She then might want to buy the cats some grass of their own - I don't remeber what it's called but there are some grasses you can plant in pots that are meant for the kitties.  I think also catnip.  Good luck!

I was going to suggest hanging them up and getting the grass that is edible and safe for cats.   Other than that, i have no good advice on that.  i can't remember what the grasses are called either.  My best friend had a problem with her cats doing that too, and that's the only thing that worked.   As far as the catnip thing, i don't think i personally would want to do that because cats get WILD with that stuff.  (At least mine do)  My husband calls it marajuana for cats because our cats get so nutty when they get it.  I hope your friend can find something that works.   Sorry I can't be more help.
