I just took Hallie in for her allergy shot....since her anal sac mass scare and the bump on her tummy (remember months ago I posted a picture, it was a small brownish lump starting, it since has gotten bigger although it's still small and whitish) I have been terrified every time we go in for the shot in case the vet finds one or the other worse. The anal sac was pretty much figured not to be a tumor but there was still a chance. Well today the vet said she thinks it is smaller but not 100%, definitely not bigger, and it definitely is softer and feeling more like the other side and she was able to express the fluid fine from it so that is GOOD NEWS. (if it gets smaller and/or softer, rules out tumor) Also the lump on her tummy, which has gotten larger since I first posted and is now whitish rather than brown on top, and she also now has one like it on her back foot next to her pad, so I took her to her skin Doc 2.5 hours from here a few weeks ago and he deemed them plugged oil glands. I still worried about mast cell or something else bad...but again today the vet here thought it was for sure not anything bad. PHEW. They still may need to be lasered off at some point if they do get bigger and bother her. But I am smiling big. I really worry about that stuff even though I try not to. Also Hallie has been acting like a puppy again since off crate rest. She is crazy woman, playful, silly, joyful....I keep it toned down the best I can but it is really great to see her so happy and feeling so good again. :thumb: :grin: :thumb: :grin: :thumb: :grin:

OH yeah we had Papa Murphy's (over by the Safeway we all went to at the Bow Wow) at our cousins. Happy sleepy puppy tonight. Today when the vet said her anal sac was looking good, I said OH I'm so happy to hear that, CAN I KISS YOU? (I know her pretty well so she knew I was kidding) and she immediately said "ABSOLUTELY not!" LOL!
Tomorrow we are going to Oregon to get photos of the Friesian and Andalusian stallions to paint from, the Friesian rears on command (I wish Lauri lived closer!). It's so great to be able to go out and do things again that 6 weeks contained thing was no fun!
